January 2012, Riviera Beach FL: On January 12th, the Marriott Oceana Palms WELBRO Team held its Topping Out Party in Riviera Beach, FL. It was a great success! Over 200 hundred people attended, including City of Riviera Beach officials and Marriott Vacations Worldwide representatives.
WELBRO is currently providing general contracting services at the Marriott Oceana Palms Resort. Phase II project scope includes of construction of a 19-floor structure consisting of 193,000 square feet, 78 units, 5 parking levels, 1st level offices and amenities. Phase III will be renovating six units in the existing building. Completion for Phase II is scheduled for August 2012.
