October 31, 2011, Tavares FL: "The Big House" held its official groundbreaking on October 27th in Tavares, FL. A dream of Chet Lemon, former outfielder with the Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox, and his wife Gigi, the new Sports Complex will host multiple sports tournaments and local community events, giving an economic boost to local hotels and restaurants, as well as providing jobs
WELBRO Building Corporation was selected to construct this facility which will house 9 Basketball Courts and 16 Volleyball Courts. Completion scheduled for Summer 2012.
