WELBRO Building Corporation recently completed the new Sorrento Elementary School project on schedule in time for the new school year. WELBRO provided Construction Management At-Risk services for this new replacement prototypical elementary school in Lake County. This new 2-story facility is sized for 976 students. The new building holds 750 students with the remainder of the building consisting of a shell designed for future interior expansion. The building was designed and constructed using Lake County School's Sustainability Initiative.
