South Central Construction Magazine has selected its annual “Best of” awards in honor of the “best” construction and design projects completed between September 1, 2008, and September 1, 2009 and it’s “Awards of Excellence” recipients.
WELBRO Building Corporation was awarded the “Best of” 2009 Award in the Hospitality category for the MeadowView Marriott Hotel and an “Award of Excellence” for the Wilderness at the Smokies project which was completed in September of 2009.
Project entries were rated on the following criteria:
• Solutions to construction or design challenges
• Project management
• Construction or design innovation
• Client service
• Safety (construction entries)
• Design unity (design entries)
