June 2008: Sevierville, TN: WELBRO Building Corporation was selected to construct the two 6-story timeshare buildings at the 1000 acre Bridgemont Events and Entertainment Destination in Sevierville, Tennessee. Building #6 will consist of 151,000 square feet, 94-rooms and a fitness center. Building #7 will consist of 177,000 square feet, 95-rooms and a fitness center. Both buildings will be located on a parcel of land across the street from the newly completed Wilderness Event Center Hotel & Waterpark.
Wisconsin Dells based Wilderness Resorts broke ground on the new $45 million Wilderness Wyndham Timeshare project on April 1, 2008.
Completion is scheduled for May 25, 2009. Plunkett Raysich Architects is the Architect of Record.
