WELBRO Building Corporation Constructing The Wilderness Event Center Hotel & Waterpark

WELBRO Building Corporation was selected to construct the 234-room, 4-story hotel with a 12,000 square foot waterpark feature at the 1000 acre Bridgemont Events and Entertainment Destination in Sevierville, Tennessee. The hotel will be connected to the City of Sevierville's new Event Center Complex and includes a restaurant, workout facility and conference rooms.

Wisconsin Dells based Wilderness Resorts broke ground on the new $21 million Wilderness Event Center Hotel & Waterpark on July 10, 2007.

Completion is scheduled for July 1, 2008. James Shanks of Architectural Design Consultants, Inc. is the Architect of Record.
