November 6, 2006, Orlando FL: Jordan Development Group, LLC, along with General Contractor WELBRO Building Corporation broke ground on Phase II of WorldQuest Resort recently. Phase II consists of two 5-story, 34 unit condominium buildings. WELBRO was selected to construct Phase II of the 612-unit project with completion of the next two buildings scheduled for the fall of 2007. Four additional buildings are anticipated upon completion of permitting.
A gated luxury condominium resort on over 42 acres surrounding a beautiful lake, WorldQuest Resort features Mediterranean architecture and offers spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condo units. The property is managed by Remington Hotels, and opened the first phase of 102 units in September 2006.
