Associates are empowered to drive the company's profits and then share in its success with a bonus potential up to 12% annual salary. All associates are given equal opportunity to be recognized, rewarded, and promoted for their individual contributions. In addition, salary increases are based on performance, not tenure.
Employee of the Quarter - Not a popularity contest but an award process based on employee nominations and testimony by those who have witnessed performance that has embodied our values and beliefs in an outstanding and consistent manner. $500 cash & additional gifts.
Safety Scorecard - Incentive designed to reward those supervisors who maintain a safe working environment in the field. Potential $100 per month for those who excel in safety procedures during a site inspection.
Employee Referral Program - Cash incentive of $500 - $2,000 given to those employees who bring in talented new associates.
