Performance Management System. Serves as the foundation for individual performance and development expectations, measurement & appraisal of achivement, career tracking, and earning a potential 10% of annual salary. The system allows associates to drive the company's results and then share in its success. Salaries are competitive for each market position and annual pay increases are based on performance.

Employee of the Quarter. Not a popularity contest but an award process based on employee nominations and testimony by those who have witnessed performance that has embodied our values and beliefs in an outstanding and consistent manner. $500 cash & additional gifts.
 
Safety Scorecard. Incentive designed to reward those supervisors who maintain a safe working environment in the field. Potential $100 per month for those who excel in safety procedures during a site inspection.
