Position Title: Project Engineer
Location: Orlando

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 1 - 4 years experience in construction for General Contractor as Field Engineer, Office Engineer, or Assist Project Manager

General Description

Provides technical and documentation support to Project Manager and Site Manager in resolving issues and expediting appropriate information among client, A/E, and project team. Projects will consist of hotel/condo/resort/time-share projects in the Central Florida area.

Key Duties

• Review, coordinate, and track submittals and shop drawings
• Identify, research, and develop solutions to design issues
• Obtain, review, and generate as-built documents
• Monitor field work to ensure adherence to standards, codes, and specs
• Prepare and maintain construction drawings to support construction work as required
• Participate in jobsite meetings
