- B.S. degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in as Field Engineer, Office Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
General Description
Assist the Project Manager in managing the financial aspects of the project by
updating the in-place quantities and compiling the project financial status
reports. Also responsible for resolving issues and expediting appropriate
information among client, A/E, and project team. First project will be a large
resort/hotel project in Orlando area.

Key Duties
- Establish and maintaining purchase logs
- Assist Project Manager in issuing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Assist the Project Manager in the review of subcontractor pay applications and
the preparation of owner pay applications. - Utilize Constructware to create and maintain cost event & change order log and
expedite change orders - Utilize Constructware to track, review, and coordinate submittals and drawings
- Participate in jobsite meetings
