Sterling Park Elementary School additions and renovations for Seminole County Public Schools.  

Phase A (7/1/08 to 7/1/09) - Selective demo of trees, pavilion, and play courts.  Construct new 35,700 s.f., 2-story bldg. and covered play area.
Phase B1 – (6/8/09 to 8/7/09) - Construct new lift station and complete all site work.  Add sprinklers to bldgs. 4 & 5.
Phase B2 (6/8/08 to 12/9/09) - Renovate an existing 38,300 s.f. round bldg.

Plans may be viewed at our plan room in Maitland or purchased at cost of reproduction from Winter Park Blue, 407-647-3034.  If you require plans be sent, please select below and email this form back with your bid response and plan needs.
