Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the construction of a new Greek Life Center facility and 2 new Greek Sorority Houses situated together on a single site located on Greek Park Dr on the campus of Univ. of Central Fla (UCF). You are invited to provide a proposal for the work on this project that generally includes sitework, a 1-story, 4,400 SF Greek Life Facility and two, 2-story, 12,930 SF sorority houses. A detailed list of work trades includes Sitework, Utilities and Asphalt Paving, Sidewalks, Chain-Link Fence, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Insulated Concrete Forms Systems, Precast Hollow Core Planks with Cementious Topping, Masonry, Stone and Brick Veneer, Structural Steel, Metal Pan Stairs and Rails, Light-Gage Metal Trusses and Metal Roof Deck, Wood Trusses, Millwork, Cabinets and Trim, Insulation, Asphalt Shingle Roofs, Single-Ply Roofing, Metal Flashing, Downspouts and Trim, Caulking, Steel Doors and Frames, Wood and Pre-Hung Doors, Aluminum Entrances and Windows, Hardware, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), GFRC Columns, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Floors, Carpet, Wood Floors and Stair Treads, FRP Wall Panels, Painting, Louvers, Exterior Signage, Toilet Compartments, Fire Protection Specialties, Toilet and Bath Specialties, Operable Panel Partitions, Kitchen Hoods, Handicap Passenger Lift System, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.
