Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the construction of the Haines City Library and City Hall project. The project consists of a new two story City Hall Building (21,664 square feet) and one story Library (22,971 square feet). Also included are sitework, hardscape and landscape improvements to the property, an offsite retention pond and various utility main and roadway improvements.
Subcontractors providing material and/or services to this project are encouraged to contract with Local Business and hire labor from the Haines City labor market. If awarded a subcontract, each bidder must be willing to participate in a job fair to be held in Haines City following award of subcontracts to facilitate subcontractors hiring of local workforce.
