Details:  WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendors for all associated site work, construction site fencing, site utilities, storm water collection, domestic water distribution, sanitary and sewer, retaining walls, asphalt paving and concrete curbing.  A separate price for mass rock excavation shall be included in your proposals based on Exhibit "A" Rock Excavation for Embassy Suites, Dated 11/28/11. A Scope of Work which will be included in your Contract Agreement can be found on sharefile. We anticipate this Scope of Work to take approximately five (5) weeks from notice of intent to start the work. All bids will be evaluated by the Contract and the Owner prior to selection.

All pricing shall include unit prices for the following:

1. Mass Rock Removal
2. Trench Rock Removal
3. 57 Stone
4. Import Dirt
5. Export Dirt
6. Top Soil

Please submit completed WELBRO's Profile Form and sample certificate of insurance with your proposal.

NOTE: Please advise if you would like to look at the site sidewalks.
