WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendors for the construction of Phase 2 of the Oceana Palms Project. The project is located at Marriott's Oceana Palms on Singer Island, 3200 North Ocean Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404 on the west half of a 4.2 acre site, and consists of a new nineteen-story Marriott Vacation Club resort building with approximately 144,000 gsf. The first floor contains guest services and back of house spaces. Floors two through six contain a parking garage and floors seven through twenty are new timeshare units (floor thirteen was omitted). Work includes construction of a Porte Cochere connecting the existing east tower to the new west tower and renovation of portions of the east tower to accommodate timeshare units once the phase 2 west tower is complete.
