BY INVITATION ONLY - Details:  WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified INVITED ONLY subcontractors and vendors for the construction of Phase 2, 3 and 4 of the Ramada Plaza New Tower Addition project.

The construction work for this project is divided into multiple phases. Phase 2 is the construction of a new 12-story hotel tower adjacent to the existing 12-story hotel tower. Phase 3 will be pricing of the work associated with a new parking garage and Phase 4 will be minor renovation of the exterior of the existing 12-story tower. (Phase 4 is labeled as Phase 1B on the drawings.) The address of the facility is 6500 International Drive, Orlando, FL. The hotel facility may be visited to view existing site and logistics conditions. However, keep in mind this is an in-operation facility. You must check-in with the front desk as a courtesy to let them know you are walking the site.  The process to obtain a building permit is underway for this work.  A brief narrative identifying a list of the phased work tasks along with general milestone date schedule information will be distributed to all known bidders.
